How do I submit a public records request?

Public Records Requests submitted under RCW 42.56, the Public Records Act, should be submitted through our online Public Records Portal at   You can also search the public records request database for records previously provided to the public.  Please note that you will be required to create an account for the Public Records Portal and provide at least one contact method.
