      Capital Grant Recommendation Committee: A joint grant process for Kitsap County/City of Bremerton HOME Program and Kitsap Community Development Block Grant Program. These funds have the common mission to benefit low-and moderate-income residents through affordable housing, homeless prevention, public services, capital investments, and economic development.


      Services Grant Recommendation Committee: A joint grant process for the Kitsap County Community Development Block Grant and HOME Programs and the Homeless and Affordable Housing Grants Programs. Combine funds from Federal and Local sources. These funds have the common mission to benefit low- and moderate income residents through homeless prevention, public services, capital investments, and economic development.
