ORDINANCE NO. 2021-29
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 26, 2021
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Bainbridge Island City Council will conduct a public hearing on October 26, 2021, to receive public comment in person or in writing on Ordinance No. 2021-29 concerning wireless communication facilities; leaving the effective date of the interim official control adopted by Ordinance No. 2019-15 unchanged; adopting an updated work plan; and extending the duration of the interim official control adopted by Ordinance No. 2019-15, and previously extended by Ordinance Nos. 2019-31, 2020-11, 2020-22, and 2021-14 for an additional six-month period to May 14, 2022.
The public hearing will be held as part of the City Council meeting which begins at 6:00 p.m. on the Zoom webinar platform. A link to the webinar and agenda will be provided to the public on October 22, 2021.
If you are unable to participate in person or by video conference, comments may be submitted to the City Clerk by first class mail or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Written comments may be submitted until the closure of the public hearing on October 26, 2021, unless otherwise extended by the City Council.
