MULTI-FAMILY TAX EXEMPTION
TUESDAY, JUNE 8, 2021
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Bainbridge Island City Council will conduct a public hearing on June 8, 2021, to receive public comment in person or in writing on the proposed Multi-Family Tax Exemption (MFTE) designation areas. The eligible areas to be considered at the public hearing are: the Winslow Master Plan Study Area, the Winslow Sewer System Service Area, and within the Lynwood Center area, the Neighborhood Center (NC), NC/R-12, and R-5 zones.
The public hearing will be held as part of the remote City Council meeting which begins at 6:00 p.m., on the Zoom platform. A link to the meeting and agenda will be provided to the public on June 4, 2021.
If you are unable to participate by video conference, comments may be submitted to the City Clerk by first class mail or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Written comments may be submitted until the closure of the public hearing on June 8, 2021, unless otherwise extended by the City Council.
