YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Bainbridge Island Environmental Technical Advisory Committee and Utility Advisory Committee are holding a special remote joint meeting on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 to discuss and make a recommendation to the City Council on the Water Resource Inventory Area 15 Draft Plan for addressing the Streamflow Restoration Law (RCW 90.94) – otherwise known as the “Hirst-Fix” legislation.
