September 23, 2014 Business Meeting - At the September 23, 2014 City Council meeting, Council approved the NMTAC recommendation for the Alternative 1 design approach which includes an innovative dedicated left-turn bike lane. Council also approved a budget amendment to complete Phase 1 of the design and requested staff to apply for a State Pedestrian and Bicycle grant in 2016 to support Phase 2 of the project. |
