PUBLIC HEARING

ORDINANCE NO. 2018-02,

AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 2018-03,
IMPOSING A TEMPORARY SIX-MONTH MORATORIUM ON THE ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS

TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2018

                YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Bainbridge Island City Council will conduct a public hearing to receive public comment and/or written correspondence on Ordinance No. 2018-02, as amended by Ordinance No. 2018-03, imposing a temporary six-month moratorium on the acceptance of certain development applications on February 13, 2018.

                The public hearing will be held as part of the regular City Council meeting which begins at 7:00 p.m., in City Hall Council Chambers, 280 Madison Avenue North, Bainbridge Island, WA  98110.

            If you are unable to attend, comments may be submitted to the City Clerk via hand-delivery, first class mail, or by email at cityclerk@bainbridgewa.gov.
